Artists featured at the 16th MPyC teach 3 students each for 50 minutes.
Students who have been selected in advance through auditions are exempt from paying tuition fees.
Every class taking place during the festival (July 30th-August 10th 2019) is open to festival participants
as well as to the regular public (first-come-first-serve basis) at the PyeongChang Hall of Alpensia Resort.
