※ Available in R seats only, and sales may end early on a first-come, first-served basis.

▸Reservation & Payment Method

You can make reservations through the Package Booking menu on website.

Please select the package you wish to purchase and proceed with the booking.

For the Season Pass and Weekly packages, payment must be completed at the time of booking.

For the Custom Choice and One-Day packages, payment will be made after confirming your preferred performances via a phone consultation with a staff member.

▸Seat Selection

You may choose your preferred seat from the seats allocated for ticket packages.

A staff member will contact you by phone in the order of reservations to assist with seat selection.

Preferred seats may sell out earlier.

Seats are assigned as fixed seats, and changes due to personal preference are not permitted.

▸Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available until July 17 (Fri), 6:00 PM, based on the reservation date.

Cancellations and refunds are not available after July 17 (Fri), 6:00 PM.

▸Ticket pickup

Tickets can only be collected on-site starting 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance on the day of the event.

Issued or lost tickets cannot be reissued.

Please ensure you keep your tickets safe, as entry will not be permitted without them.

▸Additional Information

Commemorative gifts will be provided to purchasers of the Season Pass and Weekly packages.

In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances, full refunds will be provided.

If the event is canceled midway, refunds will be issued for the performances not attended.

Schedules and venues are subject to change due to circumstances.

※ All performances are available for ages 7 and above (no admission for preschool children).
