How to book the ticket
Time frame for booking
Online booking will be made until 5 p.m. before the performance (when watching Monday to Saturday) / 11 a.m. before the performance (when watching on Sunday.)

There is no additional commission fee for booking with a MPyC.
There is additional commission fee for booking with an NOL Ticket.
Phone Booking
There is not available to booking by phone through Music in PyeongChang.
If it is difficult to book an online, you can book by phone through the NOL Ticket Customer Center(☎1544-1555) and there is additional commission fee for booking with an NOL Ticket.
On-site Booking
  • After the online booking is closed, only the remaining seats are sold on-site.
  • The booking is available up to 2 hours before a performance begins at the ticket box.
  • You can inquire by phone about seat availability and whether on-site sales are available after online ticket sales have closed. (+82-33-1361/1364)
Ticket pickup
  • Mobile pickup

    You can enter with the mobile ticket through the mobile ticket bar-code activated on the day of the performance to the concert hall.

  • On-site pickup

    At the ticket box, you can present your reservation name, four digits after your mobile phone number, proof of discount to the staff. You can receive your ticket two hours before the start of the performance.

  • Tickets can only be received on-site, and we do not provide a separate postal service.
  • The mobile ticket QR code will be activated on the day of the performance by each ticket provider.

  • Mobile tickets for the captured copy are not allowed to enter a concert hall.
  • If the booking and the actual comer are different, you must present actual comer’s confirmation or ID card. (Failure to do so will result to pay the original price of ticket.)
  • Please ensure the tickets are carefully kept. Tickets that are lost or damaged due to the fault of the customer cannot be re-issued, canceled or changed
