Concert Attendance Guide

Please note that the comer is responsible for the performance information, ticketing information, and the lack of age for watching, and the cancellation, change, or refund of the reservation booking ticket are not possible.

  01. Available age watching the performance

  • Preschool age children shall be prohibited from entering the concert hall. Exceptions will be made for concerts specifically planned for children.
  • If proof of age cannot be provided, entry will not be permitted regardless of ticket possession or accompaniment by a guardian (you must present your confirmation or ID card.)
  • Elementary school age and above: born in 2019 or earlier.

  02. Ticket sale & pickup

  • The Music in PyeongChang website and NOL Ticket website seats are sold in conjunction.
  • Online booking will be made until 5pm before the performance (when watching Monday to Saturday) / 11 a.m. before the performance (when watching on Sunday). After that, it is not possible to book online regardless of whether it is sold out or not. Cancellation, refund, or change of booking tickets on the day of the performance is not possible.
  • All ticket discounts are not eligible for duplicate discounts.
  • When you claim for your tickets, you must present your confirmation or ID card. If you had a discount, you must present verification as well. (Failure to do so will result to pay the original price of ticket.)
  • If you fail to present valid proof, you will be required to pay the difference to the full ticket price. Cancellations or refunds will not be permitted in such cases.
  • For group booking (20 or more), please contact Music in PyeongChang. (T. +82-33-240-1361)
  • Please ensure the tickets are carefully kept. Tickets that are lost or damaged due to the fault of the customer cannot be re-issued, canceled or changed.
  • We are not responsible for the tickets by individual transactions other than purchase through specified ticketing system.

  03. Watching the performace

  • Tickets can only be received on-site, and on-site purchases on the day can be received 2 hours before the beginning of the performance.
  • Entering the concert hall will be restricted once the concert begins. Entry time arranged for concerts only for the special case, allow latecomers to enter under the instructions of the ushers in order to not disturb other audience members. For the latecomers, we do not offer any ticket changes or refund services.
  • You may not bring in flower bouquets, food, drink, and pets into the concert hall.
